Anyway Rena.,

The question of loose receptale ( power points ) is ether loose connection or loose concats inside the receptale and it pretty easy to replace them but please turn the power off and make a NOTE of how it connected the black conductor is go to brass coloured screw while white conductor go to silver colour screw and green or bare copper is go to green screw. ( this is for North Americian side ) European side will varies a bit.
